It’s almost time for Princess Leonor to come of age. It will be on October 31 when the eldest daughter of Letizia and King Felipe of Spain will turn 18 years old.
On the occasion of this very special date, the Spanish press is talking about the “miracle” that will come from the hands of Leonor reuniting the royal family, since her birthday will be the reason to facilitate a meeting with the whole family, including her grandfather Juan Carlos I.

Several official events are already on the horizon for this day. On October 31, Princess Leonor will take the oath to the Constitution at the solemn session of the Congress, and then in the Royal Palace she will receive from her father necklace of the order of Charles IIIaccording to the Readings review.
The Spanish media recall that it is a historical necklace created in 1771, composed of 41 pieces culminating with a cross in the center. This is a sign that Leonor is ready to take over the crown if necessary, reports the media.

Princess Leonor’s birthday in an intimate celebration
According to Lecturas and other Spanish media, Felipe and Letizia would plan an intimate celebration in the El Pardo Palace, located about 400 meters from Zarzuela and where the royals have lived since they got married in 2004.
According to their rules, the kings will invite the whole family, including King Emeritus Juan Carlos. It remains to be confirmed if Letizia will give a kiss of peace with her sisters-in-law, Infantas Cristina and Elena de Borbón, although Mujer Hoy magazine suggests that both would get an invite. It is not known if all their children are included.

Official acts before Leonora’s birthday
Before the family meeting, Princess Leonor has other pre-orders to fulfill. The swearing in of the flag is scheduled in her “cadets” program on October 7 at the parade ground of the General Military Academy in Zaragoza.
