TVN changes its Sunday schedule. There will be a special live broadcast

The broadcaster of the terrestrial television station TVN decided that it would also broadcast a live coverage of the Million Hearts March organized by the Civic Coalition on Sunday, October 1 in Warsaw. This will result in changes to the station’s schedule.

As they say, initially the event was to be broadcast only on TVN24, which, unlike the “large” TVN, is only available from pay TV operators. Therefore, the station’s broadcaster decided that the coverage of the Million Hearts March would be broadcast simultaneously on TVN, available terrestrial throughout Poland.

Coverage of the Million Hearts March also live on “big” TVN

The event is scheduled to start at 12:00, and the entire broadcast on TVN is to last for 255 minutes, i.e. until 4:15 p.m. Due to this, programs such as “What a week” or a repeat of “Top Model” will not be broadcast. Moreover, in connection with the broadcast of the event, the “Press Box” will be shown only in the evening on TVN24.

The march will also be covered by the Polsat News channel, but the broadcast will probably not be on the national TVP Info channel. One can only guess that TVN decided to broadcast the coverage of the march on the main channel so that as many people as possible could obtain information about the event.

The Million Hearts March will start at the Dmowskiego roundabout, i.e. at the intersection of Al. Jerozolimskie and Marszałkowska Street. From there, participants will walk along Marszałkowska Street to Świętokrzyska Street. After reaching the ONZ roundabout, turn right into Aleja Jana Pawła II. This is where they will go to the “Radosława” roundabout, known as “Rondo Babka”.

The heart, which has become our symbol, has no party colors, only white and red. We will not deal with parties there, neither mine nor any other. We are all going there together, just like in June, said PO leader Donald Tusk in an interview with “Polityka”, referring to the march organized on June 4.
