There are three frost resistance zones in Poland. Zone No. 5 occurs in the mountains, where temperatures range from -23 degrees C to -29 degrees C. Zone No. 6 covers most of Poland. There, temperatures range from -17 degrees C to -23 degrees C. In turn, zone no. 7 applies to the sea, where in winter temperatures range from -12 degrees C to -17 degrees C. When buying flowers, pay attention to the label, because this is where the frost zone will be indicated. It is marked with a number. The lower the number, the more frost-resistant the plant is.
