TVP propaganda attacked Artur Barciś. The actor responds with a retort

One of the representative programs of the TVP schedule is the documentary series “Reset”, which allegedly shows anti-Polish activities of opposition politicians. In one of the episodes, it was decided to attack actor Artur Barciś and musician Maciej Maleñczuk. The topic also appeared in the discussion program “Jedziemy” by Michał Rachoń. The actor decided to respond to the allegations.

The main goal of “Reset” produced by TVP is to expose Donald Tusk’s alleged connections with Vladimir Putin and Russia. The national broadcaster announced to everyone that thanks to previously unpublished photos and recordings, it would be possible to change public discourse. Unfortunately, they failed to make a revolution once again. However, in the production for which Michał Rachoń and Sławomir Cenckiewicz are responsible, many inaccuracies can be found.

Artur Barciś referred to his “debut” in the TVP documentary. “No one tried to hide anything”

In the last episode we saw actor Artur Barciś and musician Maciej Maleńczuk. They were shown during an organized concert with songs by Włodzimierz Wysocki, which took place in 2010. There would be nothing extraordinary about it, if not for the fact that Bronisław Komorowski and Dmitry Medvedev were in the audience at that time.

An element of this visit was a concert – not particularly publicized at that time – attended by Bronisław Komorowski and Dmitry Medvedev. The performers include: Artur Barciś or Maciej Maleńczuk – said the narrator in “Reset”.

The portal decided to clarify the matter and managed to talk to the famous actor. Already in the first sentence he stated that he would not be drawn into this political conflict. “It was by no means a secret event, as TVP suggests, no one tried to hide anything. The concert that TVP mentions took place at a time when we all hoped for an improvement in relations with Russia and its turn towards the West. Unfortunately, it turned out to be it didn’t work, maybe we were naive?” – admitted Barciś.

We performed as artists singing songs by Włodzimierz Wysocki, there was nothing wrong with that. Interestingly, me and Maciej Maleńczuk were mentioned by Telewizja Polska among a large group. I guess it’s not a matter of chance, but I won’t name these mechanisms so as not to inflame the already dangerously growing political dispute, concluded the actor.

One of the commentators in the episode was Jędrzej Kodymowski, who was once the leader of the punk band Apteka. Currently, he is a supporter of the government and a presenter of Radio Trójka, with which recognized and respected journalists of Program III broke up after the scandal with the “Trójka Hits List” in 2020. Currently, we will no longer listen to people whose name itself was an indicator of quality. Currently, one of the “stars” of Trójka is Jędrzej Kodymowski.

This environment, this establishment that proclaims noble ideals… At this moment someone makes political decisions that we are fraternizing. Once upon a time I would say it was an embarrassment, today I would say it is a disgrace – said the former musician in a conversation with Rachoń in the series “Reset”.

A controversial series, but also “journalism”. Barciś and Maleńczuk were also hit there

However, the latter, who would like to be considered a showman from the American television Fox News, which is favorable to Republicans, decided to refer to the sensation from the series in the program “#Jedziemy”, which he hosts. His guest, Jacek Wrona, did not mince his words: “Hypocrisy and cynicism. Those who still had doubts about how this part of show business works is a testimony to these people, this category of people who tell the little ones to act according to noble ideas, and themselves show their the true face”.

It is worth mentioning that Jacek Wrona is a former police commissioner who is repeatedly invited to TVP as an expert or commentator. His words caused the greatest outrage in 2020, when activist Margot was detained. “I hope that Mrs. “Margot”‘s charms will be appreciated by her fellow inmates,” a regular guest of the so-called commented on social media. national media.

It is also interesting that many more stars performed at the concert in 2010. However, TVP decided to only talk about these two specific people. However, during Rachoń’s “#We’re Going” program, an information bar was displayed with the caption: “Maleńczuk, Barciś and other celebrities sang for the Russian president.” As she reported, Artur Żmijewski, Mirosław Baka, Mirosław Czyżykiewicz, Arkadiusz Brykalski, Mariusz Kilian and Margita Ślizowska, Beata Lerach, Magdalena Piotrowska and Anna Ozner also took part in the event.
