We are in the middle of an election campaign, which means that conventions of all political parties are organized regularly. During them, politicians present their election programs and the resulting demands. This is an opportunity to learn about the most important proposals of a given political camp.
TVP Info does not broadcast conventions of parties other than PiS. There is the answer from their flagship expert
It should be normal for every large and significant media to allow its recipients to become acquainted with the conventions of all party candidates. This is the case, for example, on our website and in many other titles. However, this unwritten rule, as you can see, does not apply to Telewizja Polska.
For many years, television viewers who use terrestrial television, which automatically only has access to TVP Info, can only watch conventions and pickets of Law and Justice. Broadcasts of other parties’ events are omitted or discussed only peripherally.
Many viewers who have access to various media realize that such a procedure is probably due to the extreme politicization of Polish Television. Moreover, the broadcast signal is provided by the event organizer and does not require sending a television crew with an operator to the venue.
Such action is called public media outrages an increasing number of Poles. The problem was decided to be raised by the profile “I watch the news because I can’t afford stimulants”, which regularly watches the content of state media, which is why it has repeatedly caught them manipulating.
“You are asking how TVP deals with the issue of not broadcasting Saturday conventions of other parties. When broadcasting Saturday’s PiS convention, TVP used the organizer’s signal. TVP did not broadcast the KO convention, but it did not even rebroadcast it,” we read in the description of the post.
In the next entry, they decided to present the words of TVP’s flagship expert, Miłosz Manasterski, who was a guest of one of the last editions of the “Miwała 20” program. He then decided to “explain” why the PO convention was not broadcast or rebroadcast in the national media. However, he forgot about the fact that each party provides the media with this opportunity for free.

The Civic Platform actually implements censorship. He doesn’t want the media to show up. Even though these media, such as TVP, are national, i.e. common, they have millions of viewers. Platform politicians are telling you that they are not interested in you, that TVP journalists have no access to information about what Donald Tusk says. That images from this convention should not appear since there is no TVP camera there – said Manasterski
