In June, the inhabitants of Warsaw’s Powiśle became famous, who protested against the nursery run in their estate. One of the stronger voices was the voice that also has an apartment there. It was he who wrote the director of the facility an e-mail in which he compared the children to goats in not very nice words and complained about the screams, the bags of used diapers and the wave of stench.
Nergal wins the first battle with the nursery – there will be no garden for children
Unfortunately, the case is not as simple as one would like. It turns out that the nursery was supposed to end renting a garden for a playground for toddlers in 2020 – the residents did not extend the contract. Despite this, the youngest still went out to the square. So it was not without reason.
According to “Gazeta Wyborcza”, the facility capitulated and the children stopped going outside. It turns out that the e-mails of Nergal and other residents have had an effect. However, this is not the end, because the residents of the estate would like to get rid of the burdensome, but very necessary in the city center, company from the building.
All residents are complaining. The housing estate is a well structure, here the sound is very easy to carry. Their resistance is strong and currently they do not see the possibility of concluding a settlement with the nursery – says the administrator of the building from AR Efecta, Agata Rzepecka in an interview with “Gazeta Wyborcza”.
So far, we have managed to make the illegally fenced area disappear, which the nursery’s owners adapted to their own playground. However, they intend to refer the matter to the court, which will decide whether the residents had the right to demand the removal of the fence and the restoration of a piece of land to the common area.

The musician’s local problem became loud when “Gazeta Wyborcza” published his e-mail to the neighbors and the owners of the nursery themselves. Nergal did not mince words:
Today I was woken up AGAIN by screaming children. Attached is a photo of a net full of diapers full of…shit. I entered the cage and on good morning I was hit by a wave of stench. Neighbours, do we have permission for such practices? he wrote.
His words caused an uproar. On one side stood lovers of silence, on the other – people aware of what life in an urban community looks like. Also, the creator of the network of nurseries “Wiosek”, to which the facility in Powiśle belongs, indicates that a similar noise would be in the case of a large family. Would the townspeople tell her to leave as well?
