This Tuesday is the fourth installment of the Star Wars spin-off series Ahsoka, which airs on Disney Plus. It explores a part of the life of the Anakin Skywalker’s apprenticewhom he abandoned before completing training as part of his transition into a Sith lord, considered by many to be the protagonist of the entire saga.

In previous episodes, Ahsoka (Rosario Dawson) has reunited with her former Padawan, Sabine Wren (Natasha Liu Bordizzo), whom she also left with an unfinished workout; they team up once again to stop a conspiracy would bring Grand Admiral Thrawn back to take Vader’s place as heir to the Imperial Armed Forces, which are still active.

However, the dynamic between the Jedi Master and her Padawan is tense and they have trust issues. So Sabine makes a risky decision and does the opposite of what they agreed. He has turned to the dark side with a motivation similar to that of Vader and Count Dooku at the time: it is necessary to seize power to destroy everything in order to achieve a restoration of order.

Between a plane of life and death, the Jedi finds herself, much to the delight of many, with someone she didn’t expect to see again (but the fans did). the ghost of his former master, Anakin Skywalker, who calls her by the affectionate nickname he used on her, Snips. This scene also recreates one of the final encounters between the Master and Padawan in the animated series. The Clone Wars (2008), in which we were introduced to the character Ahsoka.

They confirmed it by making Anakin (featured for over 20 years by actor Hayden Christensen) appear on the latest official posters.
