Jokes from PiS in attack! In the last cabaret on Polsat, they appeared at the very beginning

Last Sunday, Polsat aired the third series of cabarets from the series “Summer Klinika Skeczów Tingy”. The hosts of the show decided to start it with a thick pipe, because in the first minutes they allowed themselves unrefined jokes about the government and Andrzej Duda. They also hit the referendum planned by PiS, which will be held on the day of the parliamentary elections.

As a standard, a cabaret band was broadcast on Polsat on Sunday evening. This is the third edition of the “Summer Clinic of Tiring Sketches”, which is broadcast live from Kielce’s Kadzielnia Amphitheater. During the show, the hosts, i.e. Kabaret Skeczów Męczeniach and Kabaret Moralne Niepokoju, Kabaret Nowaki, Kabaret K2 and also special guests: Monika Dryl, Michał Czernecki and Paweł Koślik performed.

They came up with the fifth referendum question. The sketch appeared at the very beginning of the show

The series itself is announced as a review of the most important events of recent months with a large dose of humour. “No taboo topics, because the hosts of the evening spare no one!” – emphasized in the description. This is what happened, because the hosts Karol Golonka and Marcin Szczurkiewicz already in the first minutes of the show announced to remind all viewers “about what we Poles are like” and “who rules us”.

At the opening, jokes were made about Andrzej Duda’s poor command of the English language and the fifth referendum question was announced. On the screens behind the hosts, a dog appeared, which was sitting in a way that made it difficult to clearly determine what position it was actually in. There were also answers: a) sitting, b) lying down or c) standing.

“This question doesn’t make sense, so it fits perfectly with the others!” – quickly threw one of the hosts, to which the audience reacted loudly, rewarding the joke with thunderous applause. Maciej Stuhr also decided to make a similar joke, who from the stage of the Top of the Top Sopot Festival proposed to hold a “small referendum”, which received wide coverage in the media.

Political topics in cabarets are currently the most popular topic of jokes

This year’s cabaret performers do not give up on politicians and the authorities. All because of the upcoming parliamentary elections, which will take place on October 15. A week ago, one of the performances that took place during the Świętokrzyska Cabaret Gala 2023, which was the last proposal of the station as part of Polsat’s Magical End of Holidays, was loud.

The show also started without beating around the bush, because one of the first skits was the “Pet Shop” of the Young Gentlemen’s Cabaret, during which vulgar words were spoken towards PiS. The main character of the performance was the seller of a pet shop. He was visited by a client who wanted to advertise a parrot because he did not like the slogans repeated by the bird. After opening the box in which the animal was located, the slogan was heard very loudly: “F*** PiS!”. The performance was a network hit, but eventually disappeared from Polsat’s official social media accounts.

However, not everyone likes such jokes on a large TV station. Joanna Szejka from the KRRiT spokesperson team admitted in an interview with Presserwis that there were several complaints from individuals about this program. “So far, the National Broadcasting Council has received five complaints about this broadcast. The allegations concern the broadcasting of uncensored profanity,” she informed.
