Mitchel Musso, who played Oliver Oken on Hannah Montana for years, has been arrested. The intervention of the police took place last weekend in front of one of the hotels in Texas. The reason was a series of offenses and crimes committed by the actor.

According to , last weekend the police received a report from employees of a store located next to one of the hotels. The former actor allegedly stole a packet of chips for which he refused to pay despite the attention paid by the seller. The man was supposed to behave aggressively towards the store staff, which is why she asked for the service to come. During the intervention, it turned out that Mitchel Musso is not only under the influence, but also has several unpaid traffic tickets. Taking into account all the above circumstances, the officers decided to arrest .

He was charged with several including: theft, intoxication in a public place, failure to produce a driver’s license, breach of a promise to appear when summoned and an invalid car registration. However, the actor was released after paying a $1,000 bail.

Mitchel Musso is not the first time he has been arrested by the police. In 2011, he was arrested for drunk driving in California. He was fined $5,000 and had to attend alcohol education classes. At the time of his arrest, the actor was 20 years old, therefore he was not even allowed to consume alcoholic beverages. After the fact, he was interviewed by E! Entertainment where he said, “Becoming an adult, I’ve learned first hand that stepping up the pace and taking responsibility is the best way to take a step forward.”
