In 2018, life turned upside down. During rehearsals for one of the performances at the Warsaw Comedy Theater, she unexpectedly lost consciousness. She had not previously complained of malaise or health problems, so she was even more surprised to learn that she had had an aneurysm in her head for five years. Its sudden rupture was a serious threat to her life, but thanks to the immediate help of doctors, she got what she claims is “free time”.
The period full of uncertainty prompted Lenska to many thoughts and deep reflections. She understood that nothing is given forever and she must do everything to fully use her potential. She promised herself that when she regained her health and strength, she would enjoy life and do everything that she had not had the courage to do before. This is how the idea was born to fulfill one of the biggest dreams, which was to record my own song.

In July 2022, Lenska released her debut single “DEALCHWIL”, which met with a positive response from listeners. Although the melody is rather cheerful, the lyrics refer to the difficult experiences of her life. – I laugh that it’s in my genes, so I wrote a song that has a happy melody, but I also wanted it to be about something, so I put my story in it – she told in . It was then that she also revealed that she got her passion for singing in her childhood from her father, who is half-Slovak and half-Hungarian by origin. – My dad is a musician, but he is not the only one in my family who does this – she confessed.
Fans began to connect the dots and quickly established that the artist’s father is Tibor Lensky, who lives in the Czech Republic. It is with our southern neighbors that he has been making a musical career for years. He also fulfills the role of manager of one of the biggest stars of the local stage, called “the queen of Czech songs”. – I laugh that Helena watched me more to exercise and not eat much. Every time she would come in when I was 14, she’d say, “Do you practice Alżbeta?” – the actress recalled in “Dzień Dobry TVN”.
Today, she does not hide that she owes a lot to her father. It was he who showed her show business from the inside, because as a child, and later a teenager, she often accompanied him on business trips. – I had the pleasure of going with my dad to Sopot, Opole. It was an interesting world, but still somewhere nearby. Maybe that’s why I was ashamed to sing, because I knew such people – Lenska said.
