For four days in September the cinema MZ14 (9 de Octubre and Panama, corner) will turn off the lights to be in harmony with the anthological horror cycle or the Anthology Film Festival, which will take place on Thursday 7, Friday 8, Thursday 14 and Friday 15, from 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
This experience, aimed at the general public, is free.
The four films were on billboards released between the 1970s and 1980s from the English production company Amicus. The moderator of the film forum that will take place at the end of each function is the communicator and student of the film career of the Carlos Córdova University of the Arts.

Quebec 1975 tells of an orphan who loses her cat because of her cousins and uncles, and begins to learn witchcraft to get revenge. AND Hollywood 1936 leads us to the actor Valentine De’ath, who kills his actress wife to give his young lover a role, but the cat of the deceased knows everything.
The loop ends with Stories from the Crypt (1972) by Freddie Francis that brings five segments with a conductive thread, in which Five strangers find themselves in a room with the Crypt Keeper (Ralph Richardson), who explains how they will all die: Joanne Clayton (Joan Collins), who killed her husband Richard at Christmas, and suddenly sees Santa outside her house; Carl Maitland (Ian Hendry), who abandons his family to elope with his secretary; James Elliot (Robin Phillips), who gets his neighbor to take his dogs, fire him from his job, and accuse him of molesting children; Enid (Barbara Murray), who used her chance to grant three wishes to force her husband back from the dead; and William Rogers (Nigel Patrick), who uses his position as director of a home for the blind to enrich himself at the cost of their lives.
