The episode from 2019 is again a sensation on the Internet – and rightly so, because it is wonderful.
“Millionaires”. The question about the performer of the song amused the audience
In the “Millionaires” program, there are sometimes episodes in which the question makers reach the heights of creativity. In the Polish version of the show, people have already asked about “the place where the back loses its noble name”, the meaning of the abbreviation “RiGCz”, “how much is 1111 times 1111”. However, it must be admitted that the Germans know how to play this game. In one of the episodes in 2019, this question appeared:
“Uh oh, uh oh, uh oh, oh no no. Uh oh, uh oh, uh oh, oh no no. Uh oh, uh oh, uh oh, oh no no. Uh oh, uh oh, uh oh, oh wow, who sings it?
Traditionally, there were four possibilities in the answers – and four really known ones:
- A – Beyoncé “Crazy in Love”
- B – Madonna “Music”
- C – Lady Gaga “Paparazzi”
- D – Lena “Satellite”
However, before the participant could sing the fragment read out by the host Gunter Jauch with a stony face, thunderous applause resounded in the hall.
22-year-old Raphael Brech thought for a moment, even sang the chorus in the right sound, drank prosecco from the glass served to the participants in this episode and answered correctly the question for 16,000 euros. Of course it was about the song – “Crazy in Love”. Before hearing that he had won the money, Gunter Jauch asked the production to play the original snippet of the song.
