The case looks a bit different in the case of Family Allotment Gardens. In the Regulations of the Family Allotment Garden adopted on June 28, 2018, in Chapter VI on land development, § 53 and § 54, there is a provision on the maximum height of trees in the ROD. Everything is clear here. Ornamental trees can be planted 1 meter from the fence, and their height cannot be higher than 2 meters. Taller trees may only be at least 2 meters from the property boundary.
