How to change your address in ZUS? It’s simpler than it sounds

Changing your details is relatively simple. You can do this in three ways:

  • Over the Internet — log in to your profile on the Electronic Services Platform (PUE), and from the catalog of services select “US-13 application for the change of identification/address data of the insured person”. Then, complete the form, sign it with an electronic signature using a certificate or trusted profile and send it electronically.
  • In person or by mail — print and complete the US-13 application and submit or send it by post to your ZUS office. You will also receive it to complete on site. To avoid waiting in line, make an appointment.

In both cases, the application must be accompanied by an instruction to receive information about the change. In addition, remember that the person who has a contribution payer reports changes directly to him, and not to the Social Insurance Institution. This applies to e.g. employees paid by the employer.
