Banana mask – ingredients

- spoon of honey
- teaspoon of lemon juice

Step by step preparation of the banana mask
Mash the banana thoroughly with a fork, and then add the rest of the ingredients to it. We mix everything thoroughly. Apply the mask prepared in this way to the cleansed and dried skin of the face and neck. We keep it for fifteen minutes, and then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. This treatment should be repeated once a week, and then apply a cream on the face.
Banana mask – version with yogurt
A banana mask prepared with the addition of natural yoghurt has a similar effect. The ingredients are: banana, 3 teaspoons of natural yogurt, 1.5 tablespoons of orange juice. Mash the banana with a fork (you can use a blender), add yogurt and orange juice. We mix thoroughly. Apply to cleansed face and neck, leave for a quarter of an hour and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. The effect will be better if, after washing off the mask, we perform a gentle face massage – with fingertips or a special plate designed for this purpose.
