Why does the areca palm turn yellow? There are several reasons
There can be several reasons for the yellowing of areca palm leaves. One of the most common is the wrong position. It should stand in partial shade, because the bright sun burns its leaves, which consequently turn yellow and dry. The reason may also be improper watering. The palm likes moist soil, so we should not let it dry out. Rusty-yellow spots on the leaves can also appear as a result of diseases or parasites. In this case, it is worth preparing a homemade garlic spray. Just crush the cloves, pour water at room temperature and leave for 24 hours.
