Another clause in the prenuptial agreement, seen by US Weekly, stipulates that Sam would be entitled to “$1 million for every two years” of their marriage, with a cap of $10 million after 15 years. But since the first phase has not been completed, it is unlikely that they will receive the money.
However, it is not clear whether the said agreement determines whether the actor is entitled to any part of the income that Britney makes after the marriage.
