Present on the Polish stage for 20 years, the artist, to the delight of fans, regularly runs her Instagram profile, where she has accumulated over 1.6 million followers. He shares moments from his life on social media. However, the star’s perfect, athletic figure always arouses the greatest interest. The 39-year-old singer and film producer simply delights with a dazzling figure. In interviews, she emphasizes that she has always played sports.

Achieving such a sculpted body requires hard work and self-discipline. In one of the interviews for the Świat Gwiazd portal, she emphasized that her impressive, despite the passage of years, form is due to a properly balanced diet and regular physical activity. – I eliminated lactose, gluten and processed products. This has resulted in slimming, so my muscles are more “extracted” when you look at my figure. But I eat a lot of fat, I eat mayonnaise with spoons – she said. The star avoids alcohol and meat, eats only fish and seafood. “I haven’t eaten sugar for 15 years, dairy products for over 6,” she once confessed in one of her Instagram posts.

This time, a video appeared on Doda’s Instagram in which she reveals the secrets of her “pill” diet. – I don’t like sweets. I eat very healthily. Balanced meals, I don’t eat fast food, I don’t drink any sweet, carbonated things – she exchanged. She added that she had “closed the party stage” a long time ago. – For many, many years I drink alcohol once every 3 months, once every 4 months. That’s four times a year, she continued.

She confessed that in addition to fish and seafood, she sometimes indulges in venison from meat – she simply “listens to her body” and its needs. “I have great discipline”

Doda does not hide that in addition to proper nutrition, activity is also recommended. “I have a lot of discipline in me,” she said. She revealed that she used to train much more often. Today, he does twice a week: one training with muscle electrostimulation, the other general development: cardio, gym and outdoor sports. She also emphasized that sleep hygiene is important: the star tries to sleep 9 hours a day. “I take care of my body,” she said. And last but not least: mental hygiene.
