There are five main lines on the palm: life line, heart line, money line, head line and marriage line. Different lines correspond to different issues, and some of them even allow for future events.
- Lifeline: is a line that extends around the thumb. It is usually arc-shaped. The length of the life line has nothing to do with a person’s lifespan. It reflects the state of health and physical vitality of a person. If it is interrupted or broken, it can mean career changes, moving house or changes in love life.
- Heart/love line: is a line extending across the palm, directly under the fingers. The heart line reflects things related to the heart, such as feelings, reactions, emotional control, etc. The longer and simpler it is, the better.
- Fate/money line: is a line extending from the wrist to the middle finger. It reflects someone’s fortune and career.
- head line: it reflects the intelligence and mentality of a person. It usually starts between the index finger and thumb and then extends to the other side of the hand, appearing to split the hand in half.
- Marriage line: is a short line above the love line, starting directly below the little finger. It reflects a person’s romantic relationships and marriage. A winding line can mean a tendency to betrayal, and a broken one – an unsuccessful marriage.
