Michał Woźnicki gained nationwide recognition when he began to publish recordings of his sermons online. Among them, he insulted doctors, Ukrainians, Jews or Pope Francis himself. Women were also victims of his statements on numerous occasions. This ultimately meant that in 2018 he was expelled from the Salesian Order for insubordination, and three years later a final judgment on suspension was issued, which means that he cannot, among others celebrate Mass or administer the sacraments.

At the end of 2021, another recording of a priest’s sermon appeared online, in which he decided to criticize women again. This time it was hit and , which he called “old starlets”. He stated that Rodowicz’s carcass was “caused by gluttony or was affected by numerous vaccinations” – Please look at the chubby face of Mrs. Rodowicz, and even more at the puffy face of Mrs. Kozidrak. Two jowls, as if she were a bishop. If it’s not gluttony, then perhaps it’s a painful effect of vaccinations? side effect? (…) Decades have passed and we see these elderly starlets, one moving like a witch, the other on stilts, but they still know that other people like their body parts that they liked 30 years ago – Father Woźnicki.
Residents want to organize a Rodowicz concert. The event is to take place under the windows of the priest
A few months ago, he settled in Baranowo in the Tarnowo Podgórne commune, where he opened the organization “Dom Bogomyślny”, not content with preaching controversial views. His statements outraged the residents, who immediately reacted, asking the municipal authorities to intervene. Repeated requests did not bring the expected results, so they came up with an alternative solution to play a little on the nose of the unruly clergyman. Under the guise of celebrating her 80th birthday, they want to organize her concert at Plac Zmartwychwstania, i.e. right under the windows of the institution run by Father Woźnicki. For this, they launched a special petition in which they argue their idea.
Organizing a concert by Maryla Rodowicz in Baranów on Zmartwychwstania Square would be not only a great artistic event, but also an opportunity to celebrate the 80th birthday of this outstanding artist, which falls on December 8, 2023. It would also be a way to thank her for her contribution to Polish culture and for her love for our homeland.
