PLN 200 every month and for life for these seniors. Where to apply?
Additional money in the form of PLN 200 per month is available to those who have reached the required retirement age and for at least 20 years in the case of women and 25 years in the case of men worked and took an active part in actions as:
- firefighters of the Volunteer Fire Department,
- mountain rescuers in the Tatra or Mountain Volunteer Rescue Service.
Whereas it is important that active participation means at least 1 per year, which must be proven. The supplement is not granted ex officio, so in order to receive it, it is necessary to submit an application to the municipal or poviat fire brigade. Its payment is handled by ZER MSWiA.

Mama 4 plus is a supplementary benefit which consists in adjusting the amount received to the amount of the currently applicable minimum old-age pension, i.e. PLN 1,588.44 gross. Receive them can:
- mothers over 60 years of age and brought up at least 4 children,
- fathers over 65 years of age and raised at least 4 children whose mother died or simply did not participate in their lives.
For example, a parent who meets the conditions and receives PLN 100 can count on an additional PLN 1,488.44 gross under the Mama 4 plus programme.

The supplementary benefit 500 plus for seniors, despite its name, is due not only to the elderly. People over 18 who are incapable of independent existence can count on them, which should be confirmed by appropriate medical documentation.
