Usually, the owners of apartments that are undergoing a metamorphosis are delighted and moved when they see the effects of the designer’s work for the first time. However, there are exceptions.

Although Szelągowska put as much heart and effort into the next renovation as in the others, the artist’s vision did not appeal to the owners of one of the apartments she arranged. The designer shared her unpleasant experience in an interview with the “Gala” magazine.
“Indeed, there was a situation where the heroes did not like the renovation. Then they changed their minds, but it was a terrible slap for us,” admitted Szelągowska. The hostess of renovation programs admitted that it is the joy of the show’s heroes that drives the entire team to work on further renovations. After this incident, it was hard for everyone to move on with the next project.
“We did what they wanted,” explains the designer
“I hope it will never happen again. However, I can say that we did everything to make him like it and we really did what you wanted, but people are different too. It was a difficult experience” – recalls Szelągowska.
The designer did not reveal which program it was about. She also did not tell what reservations the owners of the renovated apartment had.
