Jakimowicz was fired from TVP, he claims that he is resigning himself. He wrote a farewell letter full of absurdities

Jarosław Jakimowicz was dismissed from TVP. The management of the TV Information Agency terminated the contract with the TVP Info presenter due to numerous complaints about his behavior. The head of TAI, Michał Adamczyk, informed via Wirtualne Media that Jakimowicz’s attitude “especially towards women working in TVP Info” significantly differs from “generally accepted social norms”.

Due to the situation, Jakimowicz stopped appearing as the host in the program “W counter” broadcast by the station and disappeared from the broadcast “Jedziemy” by Michał Rachoń. The celebrity referred to the decision in a letter in which he informed Krystian Krawiel, the publisher of the last of the formats mentioned, that he was breaking cooperation. Wirtualne Media reports that Jakimowicz’s letter was sent to TVP later than the letter of termination of cooperation sent by TAI.

It can be concluded from the content of Jakimowicz’s letter that he has nothing to reproach himself for. “I don’t think I need to convince anyone about my commitment, loyalty and good work that I did for the “Jedziemy” program, engaging in work with all my heart. No one ever convinced me to make any statements, they always flowed from my heart, beliefs and willingness to fight for Christian values, “he writes.

At the same time, Jakimowicz complains that his salary at TVP has decreased four times in recent months. In addition, he emphasizes that since he started working at the station, he has faced environmental boycotts. “For 4 years, i.e. from the date of my arrival at the TV Information Agency, the show business and artistic circles have shown great ostracism towards me, which is why I lost my job on television, cinema and theater. The previous management of TAI was well aware of this and supported me and my family in this situation, for which I will always thank her,” the presenter points out.

Jakimowicz accuses TVP of disloyalty and … promoting LGBT

Jakimowicz sees the blame for the changes in the approach to cooperation only in the change of authorities in Telewizja Polska. What’s more, the celebrity believes that for some time now TVP, instead of supporting loyal employees (like him), has started to promote the LGBT community (sic!). “I have the impression that for several months, and more precisely since the performance at the New Year’s Eve concert of the Black Eyed Peas band in rainbow bands, the policy of Telewizja Polska has changed. It is impossible not to notice that people of a different orientation are promoted on the air outside it. We allow LGBT organizations (…) to get on our heads. Jakimowicz concludes the letter.

However, the facts are that Jakimowicz was complained about not only by people who run programs with him, but also by the producers and the technical team. Agnieszka Siewiereniuk-Maciorowska was the fourth screen partner of a celebrity with whom she worked for only three months, Agnieszka Oszczyk – seven, and Anna Popek – eight.
