The first part of “Too big for fairy tales” was hailed as the most watched Polish family film of the 21st century in cinemas, and later also Netflix users liked it very much. Soon you will be able to see how the fate of Waldek and his friends and family turned out. On the set, the cast members revealed some information about the second part of the film.

This time Waldek, Staszek and Delfina will experience a summer full of adventures in the Tatra Mountains. An important theme of “Too Big for Fairy Tales 2” is supposed to be friendship, but we will also learn more about the father who is absent from the life of the main character. During the trip, Waldek accidentally learns that the man lives in the area and sets out to find him with Staszek. Meanwhile, their friend has to hide the truth about the boys’ disappearance from the unsuspecting aunt, Waldek’s mother and her new partner. – You will see that there will be strong scenes – Maciej Karaś, who plays Waldek, announces in an interview with Gazeta.pl. “Too big for fairy tales 2” – an adventure in the mountains

“Too big for fairy tales 2” is a continuation of the hit from 2022, which was the most watched Polish family film in the 21st century. Then it went to the Netflix offer, where it enjoyed popularity not only in Poland, but also in other countries. “Too Big for Fairy Tales” appeared at the top of the Top 10 list of most watched foreign-language films.

The cast of the second part was joined by m.in. Paul Domagala. His character is a new man in Teresa’s life (we have Waldek, played by Karolina Gruszka). – Now he has to win the favor of the whole family to be accepted. It is known that when fighting for a woman, you fight for her child’s favor, but also for her aunt (played by Dorota Kolak – ed.), says the actor. – I think you will see more of this kind of relationship about friendship, that is, about these young people who come here. And you will see Zakopane above Krupówki, which is much nicer – says Kolak. Pictures for the production were shot in Warsaw and Zakopane, among others. in the Jan Kasprowicz museum on Harenda and on Kasprowy Wierch.
