Queen Letizia is an example of fashion within the Spanish royal family and the whole of Europe, and she has repeatedly surprised her fans with elegant clothes.

Apart from clothes, one of the physical aspects by which the wife of Felipe VI. was recognized was her classic, straight hair, with only a few light layers in the front.

We’ve seen her like this in buns or with her hair down and straight at events like the Princess of Girona Awards, the Royal Dispatches ceremony for new Army and Civil Guard officers, among others, but that was before her recent makeover.

It was during an audience held at the Palacio de Las Zarzuelas where the consort of the Queen of Spain dazzled not only wearing a delicate embroidered red blouse, but also debuting her new hairstyle.

Now Letizia looks a few years younger by framing her face with long flowing layers of hair that add volume and movement as well as accentuating her long face.

But the mother of Princesses Leonor and Sofía was not satisfied with just a haircut and added a few blonde highlights to her hair to brighten up her features.

As for the alleged highlights in the monarch’s hair, Baras indicates that he thinks they are just an optical effect, in which shifting layers give a new look to her gray hair.

While Roberts assured that this cut is currently on trend and is versatile for styling in buns and other hairstyles.
