As expected, the sale of tickets for Warsaw concerts was not without initial complications. We are talking here not only about the fact that potentially not all those willing to buy tickets have been positively verified and allowed to purchase. The action started on July 12 at 12 noon and even then you had to wait about four-five minutes to get to the seat selection page.

At 12.14 the traffic on ebilet.pl was so heavy that the system choked and the website was simply unavailable. Some saw nothing but a browser error message, others saw a pop-up saying tickets were temporarily unavailable, and others were kicked out of the queue while finalizing payment. The consequences in this case are painful, because it deactivates the one-time code that allows you to buy up to four tickets. What’s worse, ebilet.pl stipulates that the codes sent in personalized messages cannot be transferred to other people, which formally makes it impossible to help people who have more codes, for example, because they registered twice out of precaution.

There were no happy places right away. However, there are three concerts (1, 2 and 3 August 2024), and the National Stadium in Warsaw has about 58,000 seats for fans. But of course, you should remember that in the case of a concert, some seats in the stands are not available, because they are blocked by the stage. This time, the organizers did not come up with the idea to sell tickets without a view, as happened with The Weeknd’s performance in August.
If there was anything prohibitive here, apart from the errors of the system, which, after a stressful hiccup for many music lovers, got up again, it was the prices of tickets. The cheapest may cost only PLN 199, but it is admission to the upper stands, i.e. to the places where the echo at the National Stadium is the worst. In addition, the sectors are divided into different zones, which also differ in price levels. The next option is tickets for PLN 379 and PLN 449 – you still have to sit in the upper stands, including the side ones, but less distant from the stadium’s surface.

You have to pay a minimum of PLN 599 to sit on the lower stand in front of the stage and Taylor Swift or to the side. The side seats in the K sector are priced at PLN 549. If someone buys two tickets or a maximum of four, they will still pay nearly PLN 3,000, after all, there are also service fees.
The coolest standing places, i.e. those under the stage on the left and right, cost PLN 669. But if someone wants to be sure that they will definitely be close to the artist, then they have the VIP option with Early entrace, i.e. early entry for PLN 1,749. We probably don’t need to add that there were only such expensive tickets left, because the demand for those at “normal prices” was such that they were the first to sell out. Meanwhile, a place on the apron in the second part of the stadium costs PLN 519 – PLN 1,249 in the version with early entry.

In addition, there are also VIP packages. The “hospitality” option, apart from a more luxurious grandstand, gives, among others, access to drinks and snacks – here you have to pay PLN 2,099, and if someone wants to come to Taylor’s concert in their own car, they have to pay PLN 100 more for the parking lot. Seats in the stands in the VIP 1 zone start at PLN 2,249, VIP 2 costs PLN 1,999, VIP 4 costs PLN 1,499, and VIP 6 in the upper zone requires a fee of PLN 1,049. VIP 3 is an earlier entry to the stage, and VIP 5 to the album.
Despite the high prices in the first hour, a lot of tickets were sold anyway, and entering the sales page still requires a longer wait. Taylor Swift is also the first artist to play as many as three concerts in one band at the National Stadium. What’s more, it really is getting closer to breaking the single tour receipts record.
