Save the youth, save the youth – these words were addressed by Father Tadeusz Rydzyk to the gathered people during the Sunday mass crowning the 32nd Pilgrimage of the Radio Maryja Family. Father Rydzyk also had a prescription for “saving the youth”. – Give him [dziecku – red.] good, give him a good handwriting, he said. On the list of his tips and instructions, there was one more appeal, which concerned catechesis in schools.
“God, let them not sell this Poland. After all, they are lurking”
In Father Rydzyk’s speech, which he gave during the Saturday meeting at Jasna Góra, he quoted the words of the American Polonia that the director of Radio Maryja was supposed to hear during his visit to the United States. – They say: what to do? Because the election is coming. God, don’t let this Poland be sold. They’re lurking. The European Union is already waiting to absorb us. This German European Union, after all, is German – said Rydzyk. At these words, the participants of the assembly reacted with applause. In turn, during the Sunday meeting, Father Rydzyk decided to refer to Polish youth and their “problems”.
Rydzyk appeals to “watch school directors”
In his Sunday speech, Rydzyk raised the “problems” of Polish youth. In the end, as he himself said, it is necessary to “save” her. – You see what’s going on, some fad, some propagandaThis means that many young people do not attend catechesis, argued the director of Radio Maryja. He also blames school principals and placing catechesis on the first or last lesson for the decline in interest in religion among children and youth.
