However, some time ago there was a lot of talk about the producers’ alleged plan to shoot the scene with the train in Poland on the historic Pilchowice bridge in Lower Silesia, which would be blown up for the film. Very quickly it came to light that this was just a rumor, which was quickly denied by the director of the film, Christopher McQuarrie.

Ultimately, this scene was filmed in Norway. Preparations took several months, and several helicopters were involved in the recording. A behind-the-scenes footage of the scene has just surfaced online. The creators of the film tell in it that they decided to build a whole train with wagons for the production, which is eventually destroyed.
