Ten years ago, the duo Los Nazareos gave their first concert at the school where they studied.

These were the first steps as a duo of the brothers José and Josué Carabajo. That concert at the Liceo Cristiano de Guayaquil, located on Juan Tanca Marengo avenue, marked the beginning of a career in Christian music.

The group has composed and recorded several songs that have made them known in the evangelical churches at home and abroad.

To commemorate this decade, the Carabajo brothers return to their original squad for a two-day Nazafest on July 14 and 15.

Los Nazareos join Pescao Vivo to premiere their single ‘Tú llegaste’

The first part will be a series of conferences, where David Scarpeta, musician, pastor and speaker, will be invited.

Scarpeta is not only a psalmist, but he is also a Hispanic pastor of one of the fastest growing churches in the city of Houston, Grace Community Church, Comunidad de Gracia.

The Nazafest is concluded with a concert, where the duo sing the songs they have composed over the years.

One of his first songs was keep yourself purewhich became popular in Christian churches.

The Nazareos encourage life with a new single

José Carabajo remembered that this song was initially composed for a theater and the first time he sang it alone. After that, the song was sent to Christian radios and began to position itself.

Los Nazareos have explored different genres and incorporated themes such as Everything has its time, you have arrived, meeting with you, thank you for your love. They have recorded songs with international Christian singers such as Gilberto Daza and Pescao Vivo.

The last song released by the duo is called live love you and was posted on the YouTube platform.

“We know this topic will be a great blessing to anyone waiting for that ideal person,” the group posted weeks ago when they presented the topic.

During these weeks, the group has published capsules on social networks about the beginning, the anecdotes and explanations of how some of the problems arose.
