Matthew Hutchins has agreed to drop the wrongful death lawsuitseveral US media announced this Wednesday, including the portal TMZ.
Hutchins announced that drop its lawsuit against Alec Baldwin and the production of rustsaying that they have reached certain terms that will allow the film to come to fruition.
“We have reached a settlement, subject to court approval, in our wrongful death case against the producers of rust, including Alec Baldwin and Rust Movie Productions, LLC. As part of this, the case is dismissed,” Hutchins said.
