Lauren Tacco is a stay-at-home mom. The woman decided to take care of her hair – get a few highlights to lighten her hair and trim the ends. So she went to the hairdresser, but she didn’t expect anything to go wrong. It turns out that after 5 hours spent in the hairdresser’s chair, she left the salon with tears in her eyes. In the next recording, Lauren decided to share what happened to her in more detail. After entering the hairdresser, she showed a photo of a different hairstyle for inspiration – exactly what she wanted. After bleaching her hair, the hairdresser applied a toner to Lauren’s hair, which was supposed to give it an ashen color. After rinsing it, however, it turned out that some fragments of the bands turned blue. The stylist tried to save it by applying another product, but then the hair turned bright orange. “Then I started crying on the chair,” Lauren said. Later, the hairdresser, after consulting another, decided to re-color it to eliminate the orange color. Lauren paid for the visit with a gift card she received as a gift, but due to the unsatisfactory effect, she refused to pay the full price. She left in tears afterwards.
