If there’s one saying that fits perfectly between the actor and former governor of California and Baena, it’s the one that affirms, “What is inherited is not stolen.”

The physical resemblance to his famous father has been emphasized for years and Baena has taken advantage of those genetics to sculpt the steely muscles appreciated by his more than 400,000 Instagram followers.

He is most admired by the seven-time Mr. Olympia. On his Instagram profile, the 75-year-old actor proudly posts pictures of his son with Guatemalan Mildred Baena, who was his housekeeper in 1996 when they had an affair that cost him his marriage.

Joe Baena, as he identifies himself on his social media account, usually regularly shares his workouts to tone his great body.

In the last posts you can see the achievements he made to have a strong musculature. Men’s Health points out that Joseph follows Arnold Schwarzenegger’s methods to achieve his bodybuilding goals.

In the posts, he is seen with huge biceps, alternating between dumbbell curls and Z-bars; doing leg exercises in hack press and squats, along with other back and shoulder routines, the newspaper points out.

Who are Schwarzenegger’s children

The actor was married to Maria Shriver for 25 years, with whom he had four children: Katherine (33), Christina (31), Patrick (29) and Christopher Schwarzenegger (25).

Shriver filed for divorce in 2011 (finalized in 2021) after discovering that Joseph was the child of the actor’s relationship with housekeeper Mildred Baena.
