“Belfer – The Last Lesson” will again show not only a strong criminal plot, but also bring closer the relationships of growing up children who, apart from the problems faced by their peers, will have to bear a situation that is completely beyond them. Living in their own world, to which they do not want to let adults, including Belfra, young people are tormented by increasing fear and doubts. And what happened to Kacper is a real life lesson for them.
The disappearance of a friend during a cruise is just the beginning of an avalanche of events that will force the hermetic community from a small town to face the past. How will the threads end? Will Casper be found? What secrets are the inhabitants of Lesser Poland hiding? We will find out after the holidays, when the premiere of the series is scheduled. “The viewer will return to the world he fell in love with”
“Coming back to the idea of continuing one of our flagship series after such a long time, we had to consider all the elements that made BELFRA so successful. We wanted the viewer to feel that they are returning to the world they fell in love with, but at the same time be surprised by how the multithreaded plot is cut here and how many “twists” the scriptwriters have included in the intrigue. We are aware that the last lesson with Zawadzki is associated with high expectations of the fans” – declares Beata Ryczkowska, director of original productions and co-productions of CANAL+ Polska.
On the screen we will also see Agata Kulesza, Mirosław Baka, Katarzyna Herman, Jan Jankowski, Marek Kalita and Roman Garncarczyk. All episodes are directed by Łukasz Grzegorzek (“My Wonderful Life”), winner of the award for the best director at the Polish Film Festival in Gdynia and nominated for the Eagles 2022 award for the best film.
