Respondents mentioned in the survey that the most financially burdensome are: the costs of the hall and catering (83%), alcohol and drinks (36%), the price of the band or DJ (34%). The costs of the wedding dress and suit (26 percent) and the cost of the photographer and camera operator (19 percent) come in further positions. Every person who receives an invitation to a wedding faces the dilemma of what gift to give to the bride and groom. Most people choose to give cash.

Santander’s study “Poles’ Own Portfolio” shows that 24 percent. Poles intend to spend from PLN 301 to PLN 500 on wedding gifts. A larger amount – from 701 to 1 thousand. One of the people noticed that some young people throw weddings beyond their means and hope that the envelopes will pay for them. “The best thing is when young people throw a wedding beyond their means, hoping that they will get so much money that after the party they will have something to pay for the wedding. And here … the guests did not do well, there are no helmets to pay for the wedding and what now. Stupidity Unfortunately, the human race knows no boundaries… It’s simple – I don’t have the means, I don’t throw weddings. As they say “2 witnesses, 2 cakes and home” – we read.
