Although Doda began her adventure with singing in 1998, when she became a musical actress of the Buffo Theatre, her voice was heard all over Poland in 2002, when she released her debut album together with Virgin. The album was kept in rock climates, and on the subsequent albums of the band it was audible to move away from heavier sounds and move towards pop climates, which the artist also maintained on her solo albums. Last year, she released the dance album “Aquaria”, which went platinum two months after its release, and all the singles from this album became hits.

All this means that Doda as an artist can perfectly find herself in many musical climates. At the festival in Opole, we will be able to hear the performance of the artist, who in an interview with “” described it as “a mega disco”. The singer will appear on the Opole stage as a special guest of the Debuts concert, and her recital is to last 15 minutes, during which dance music will resound constantly. As she revealed in an interview with a tabloid, one of the most famous Polish producers, Gromee, is responsible for the soundtrack:
I will sing four new songs, but also medleys of old hits. Gromee prepared a mega disco out of them. The whole amphitheater will have one big party! But there will also be a lyrical and sentimental moment – revealed Doda.
The artist is also full of admiration for the team of dancers who will appear on stage with her: “They did a wonderful job. Their routines change form and style with each song. Their outfits change too. It’s something wonderful!” However, the biggest surprise will be the scenography itself, which will change in front of the viewers’ eyes, and at the climax it will reach the size of several meters. Doda, however, did not reveal what exactly it would be, but mentioned that the work on this element of the set took several months. We will find out what the performance will look like this evening!
