The Witcher Fest will take place on June 24 and 25 at EC1 in Łódź. During the event, fans will be the first in the world to see two episodes of the third season of “The Witcher”, and meet the stars – Joey Batey, Anya Chalotra and Freya Allan. In addition, Netflix has prepared numerous attractions inspired by the adventures of Geralt of Rivia. What will happen in the third season of “The Witcher”? – “While the rulers, wizards and monsters of the Continent try to capture Ciri, Geralt, for the safety of the whole family, transports her from Cintra. Yennefer, who is to train Ciri, leads them to the protected fortress in Aretuza. She hopes that there she will be able to find out more about the extraordinary powers of her adoptive daughter, but upon arrival, they discover that a dirty game and conflict is going on there, the participants of which go as far as the use of corrupt politics, black magic and villainy. Traditionally, Lauren Schmidt Hissrich served as Shworuner and executive producer of the season, and Stephen Surjik, Gandja Monteiro, Loni Peristere and Bola Ogun were responsible for directing individual episodes. The list of writers included Mike Ostrowski, Javier Grillo-Marxuach, Tania Lotia, Haily Hall, Matthew D’Ambrosio, Clare Higgins, Rae Benjamin and Troy Dangerfield. On behalf of Platige Films, the executive producers were, among others, Tomek Bagiński and Jarek Sawko.
