Yesterday, Holland confirmed this information in an interview with Variety, saying that they were already in the stage of meetings prior to the shooting when the writers’ strike started, including the screenwriters, and that in solidarity with them, no one is working at the moment.

At the preview of the new Apple TV+ series the crowded room, in New York, Holland said he couldn’t talk too much, but the meetings had already happened, “We have had several conversations, but we are still in the early stages.”
