The situation that happened in Kiełczów is hard to believe. The owner of one of the properties was disturbed by people with dogs who were walking along the public road in front of her house. She said they didn’t clean up after their pets. For this reason, she decided to punish them severely and placed a sausage sprinkled with poison under the fence of her property. What’s more, or rather, fortunately for the owners, she informed the walkers about this fact. How? She placed an advertisement on the fence in which she openly admitted to this act.
