Since in the lowest range the transfer cannot be lower than PLN 50, people whose benefits exceed PLN 4,438.44 gross will not receive a single zloty on this account.

Another significant change regarding the “fourteen” is the possibility of increasing the amount of the benefit. This means that by October 31 of a given year, the Council of Ministers may specify a higher payout than the minimum pension. It will do so by regulation. The date of payment of the benefit should also be flexible. Each year it is to be indicated by the competent minister. In 2023, it is to take place at the turn of August and September.
