The 20th Polsat SupertHit 2023 festival provided the audience with many unforgettable hits and great emotions. During the day devoted to cabarets, he appeared on stage. The festival in Sopot is also a time to celebrate jubilees. This year, Bajm i celebrated its 45th anniversary on stage.
Beata Kozidrak surprised on and off stage: “And I sing well as fuck”
The band performed immortal hits for their fans, such as “White Army” or “What Lord Will You Give Me”. She also reached for a bit more controversial material. “This song used to make a lot of noise. Actually, its lyrics. In my then communist homeland, is it about sex or is it about politics. Who knows?” – she said and sang “Józek, I will not spare you this night”, a song referring to the day when martial law was introduced in Poland.
Equally interesting was the rest of the celebration, when the band left the stage. Beata Kozidrak met the fans after the performance. There were many conversations, photos and compliments. One of the fans confessed to the singer that she is the most beautiful woman he knows. Kozidrak did not intend to bite her tongue and said: “But I know I’m beautiful. And I sing well.”
Although the phrase might sound threatening, the artist, saying these words, did not stop smiling. Apparently, she felt comfortable enough with the fans that she didn’t feel the need to censor her own thoughts. It’s also possible that she kept a good face for a bad game, and in fact prefers to receive compliments about her skills – not her looks.
