The program debuted on the air in the fall of 2005 and immediately became one of the biggest hits. The talk show hosted by and Katarzyna Stoparczyk was attended by many intelligent participants aged 6 to 9 years. The twins, Maciej and Paweł Król, made a special sensation. How did their fates go?

From an early age, Maciej and Paweł Król showed extraordinary courage. They boldly demonstrated their views on various topics and willingly spoke during various discussions. – Since we were little, we liked to talk about various topics and be smart. In church, during the holy mass for children, we often wanted to speak out, they said in the program. Their potential was noticed by TV director Leszek Kumański, privately a friend of the Król family. He suggested that the twins take part in the casting for “Big Kids”. During the auditions, the brothers surprised the producers not only with their extraordinary courage, but also with surprising maturity. This is how their adventure with television began.
From the first episodes it was clear that the 9-year-olds feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera. It happened that during the recordings they teased each other or argued about the priority of speech, but this only added to their charm. With their extensive knowledge and thoughtful statements, they surprised not only the viewers, but also the guests of the program. They were not afraid to raise taboo topics and ask uncomfortable questions. Today, they unanimously claim that participation in the show was a lesson for them and they still use the experience gained.
More than 15 years have passed since their participation in the program. Today, the twins avoid show business
On October 11, 2023, Maciej and Paweł Król will celebrate their 27th birthday. Just like in childhood, they still stick together. Although viewers predicted a career in politics for the brothers, they disappeared from show business after the end of the program to focus on education. The twins are graduates of Interdisciplinary Individual Studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences, which they graduated from at the University of Warsaw. Maciej is a lawyer and has worked i.a. for the Polish Humanitarian Action. Paweł, on the other hand, deals with Iranian studies, and in social media he discovers hitherto unknown secrets of this country. Interestingly, Iran also plays an important role in the life of the other brother. This is where Maciej’s wife, Tina, comes from. In addition, the twins are happy to organize meetings and conferences with experts, during which they raise issues important to society.
