No wonder – Sergiusz Żymełka, despite his young age and a small summer, stole the hearts of viewers, playing the role of a resolute boy who has a brilliant answer to every question, and an explanation for every accusation. “From a kid with a motley mind, I turned into a young man”
Over the years, “Foster Family” has become an almost cult series. Crowds of spectators followed the vicissitudes of the Kwiatkowskis, their neighbors and the constable with a smile. The characters played by Piotr Fronczewski, Gabriela Kownacka and Maryla Rodowicz, despite the passage of time, cannot be forgotten. Also the youngest stars of the cast shone on the screen, emanating talent and charisma. Among them was Sergiusz Żymełka.

An unexpected disappearance from show business
Despite ambitious plans to develop an acting career, which Sergiusz Żymełka mentioned in an interview in 2008, years later suddenly disappeared from show business. The actor devoted himself, among other things, to studying psychology at the University of Management and Law. He appeared on the big screen only in 2019 in the film “Kobiety Mafii 2” by Patryk Vega. He was there as a drug dealer.
Żymełka’s metamorphosis also turned out to be a breakthrough.
