All because this herb contains a lot of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, silica, potassium, phosphorus, carotene, iron and calcium. How it works?

The nettle can be used for various purposes. First of all, it has anti-inflammatory, cleansing and diuretic properties. It is also perfect in the fight against dandruff, because it has anti-dandruff, anti-pruritic and anti-seborrhoeic properties. Nettle tonic. Two ingredients are enough to take care of your complexion

It is enough to prepare the infusion, and you will use it in various cases. Pour three tablespoons of dried nettle with a glass of hot water and leave for thirty minutes to an hour. After this time, you can strain the mixture, and when it cools down into a bottle with an atomizer. In this way, you can use the ready infusion as a face tonic, sprinkling it after each wash and before applying the cream. Use the same product as a hair rub, spraying it on the scalp and massaging. Store the homemade nettle tonic in the fridge for five days to a week, and then prepare a new infusion.
