And not only in winter, but all year round. These aromatic grains have been valued for centuries for their beneficial effects on our body. They are especially good for the digestive system. The beneficial properties of cardamom include, among others:
- cleansing of toxins and removal of deposits from the intestines
- boosting metabolism
- alleviating heartburn and indigestion
- supporting digestive processes
How to prepare coffee with cardamom? The recipe is trivial. Just brew it in your favorite way, and then add 1/3 or 1/4 flat teaspoon of ground cardamom. Then mix and enjoy a healthy and delicious drink.
