Supplementary parental benefit. The “Mama 4+” program is even PLN 1,500 per month
Both seniors and seniors can apply for additional money. They will be paid monthly if they meet two conditions. The supplementary parental benefit is available only to those who have brought up at least four children and have completed the appropriate age. Women should be 60 and men 65. Seniors can only apply for money if they raised children because their mother abandoned them, died or did not participate in their lives.
The amount of the supplementary parental benefit is indexed annually and amounts to the minimum old-age pension. From March 1, 2023, it is PLN 1,588.44 gross. It is paid by the Social Insurance Institution. All of this cash will go to those who do not receive an old-age or disability pension. If a senior receives PLN 1,588.44 gross, the parental benefit will be supplemented to this amount.
Nursing supplement for seniors. PLN 294.39 will be paid by ZUS every month
Seniors who are entitled to receive an old-age or disability pension may apply for an additional PLN 294.39 every month. It will pay out if certain conditions are met. The nursing supplement is available to those who are completely incapable of work and independent existence and have a certificate confirming this or are simply over 75 years old. In the latter case, the money is paid from the machine together with the benefit received and you do not have to submit an application together with a health declaration.
