The number of divorces is increasing every year. During the pandemic, the number of divorces will increase, especially when the coronavirus is no longer scary. A slight decrease was recorded in 2020, but most likely it was due to forced sitting at home and the difficulty in dealing with such matters. According to statistical data provided by the Central Statistical Office, there are 10 most common reasons why people divorce, and these are: sexual deficiency, differences in worldview, prolonged absence, housing difficulties, other reasons (including domestic violence), reprehensible attitude towards family members, financial misunderstandings, alcohol abuse, failure to maintain marital fidelity and incompatibility of characters.
She thought her husband was having a midlife crisis
Bożena and Mariusz had a rather successful relationship. According to Bożena, there was no fireworks between them for a long time, but they got along in every situation without any problem. They have lived together for 20 years, of which they have been married for 15. At some point, Mariusz began to take care of himself. It was noticeable because he hadn’t paid much attention to his appearance before. He joined the gym and even started running. The next step was new clothes. It didn’t seem strange, on the contrary, Bożena was happy for such changes. Her husband was getting old, but that was no reason not to look good. Once, when she saw that her husband bought a set of women’s underwear, she was even happy, she became suspicious when after a few weeks she still did not receive a gift from him.
She wanted to have irrefutable evidence of treason, but it is not known whether the court will recognize it
After those few weeks, when the first one came along, Bożena decided to look through her husband’s phone. “Opel” called him extraordinarily often and at very odd times, her husband just as often made calls to someone he had saved under that strange name. The woman immediately began to sense that it was her lover. But she didn’t want to get carried away with anger and make a big fuss. She decided to hire a detective who would provide her with irrefutable evidence. He worked for several weeks, issued a bill for less than PLN 10,000 and gave Bożena evidence that her husband had been leading a double life for at least several months. Bożena received a divorce with a verdict of her husband’s guilt. As we read on the site feminineinspiracje.pl hiring a detective does not necessarily mean that we will prove the spouse’s guilt:
In Polish law, evidence collected by a detective regarding infidelity during a divorce process is admissible as evidence in court. However, such evidence must be obtained in a lawful and legal manner and must have probative value in the context of a particular proceeding. Ultimately, it is up to the judge to decide which evidence will be considered relevant and will affect the outcome of the case.
