Unconditional Basic Income is money that would be regularly granted to every citizen, regardless of the income they receive or whether they take up work at all. You will not need to submit any certificates to receive it. In Poland, it will be tested for the first time in the northern communes of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.
