What’s new in cinemas?
“Three Musketeers” is a film with a budget of as much as EUR 35 million (approx. PLN 164 million). This is yet another version of this story, but for those who do not know, we remind you: the hero is a young, brave Gascon d’Artagnan. On his way to Paris, he stands up for a young woman, but is defeated by masked assailants. After arriving in the capital, he decides to find the perpetrators and bring them to justice. He does not suspect that in this way he will find himself in the middle of an international intrigue that threatens the security of France. However, it is his love for the beautiful Konstancja Bonasiuex that will bring him real danger.
And what are they talking about “Zodiac Knights”? Seiya (Mackenyu) is a stubborn teenager who lives on the streets and earns money by fighting. When his sister is kidnapped, he sets out to find her. During one of the fights, he unknowingly discovers his mystical powers, of which he had no idea. Thus, he finds himself in a world of warring gods, magic tricks, and a reincarnated goddess who needs his protection.
Interesting premieres not only on the big screen
– I wanted the film to be created in such a way that the viewer would wait for what would be around the corner, so that the subsequent released, innocent threads told through images would turn into a growing conflict – says “swarm” its director Bartek Bala. Adds:
I wanted to combine the genre of a parable, a fairy tale with a strong, suspenseful story. For me, this is a contemporary form of magical realism, combining poetry and symbols with the truth of my characters, who are deliberately unnamed so that the viewer can discover the layers; I leave it with reflection.
And when it comes to “fanfic”There is a lot of hope and tenderness in this story, as the director and co-writer of the film announces. – We wanted to create a world in “Fanfik” where you can feel good and safe. A bit in opposition to what we can face in reality – emphasizes Marta Karwowska. – We meet Tośka at the moment when he is not aware of his identity, so he lives in a constant sense of being lost. When he finally dares to open up to people around him, he receives support and understanding in response. This is not a story about suffering. This is the story of the world we would like to live in.
Initially a film director “Crater” was supposed to be Shawn Levy (executive producer of “Stranger Things”, who also directed several episodes of Netflix production), but it was Kyle Patrick Alvarez. John Griffin is responsible for the praised screenplay. And as for Mr “mother”here Niki Caro stood behind the camera, while the screenplay of the film with Jennifer Lopez in the lead role is the joint work of Andrea Berloff and Peter Craig.
