Early retirement is granted in several different cases, and one of them is faster payment of the benefit for performing creative or artistic activity. Persons born after December 31, 1948 and before January 1, 1969 may apply for it.which the appropriate age and conditions of employment (20 years for a woman and 25 years for a man) and creative or artistic activity were met by 31 December 2008.
Those born after December 31, 1948 can also count on early retirement. They must also meet the conditions regarding the period of employment (20 years for women and 25 years for men) and creative or artistic activity as of January 1, 1999. In each of the above cases, you cannot be a member of Open Pension Funds or you have to transfer the accumulated funds to the state budget. You must also prove at least fifteen years of creative or artistic activity.

for performing creative or artistic activity is paid to persons who have reached the appropriate age. Each case is slightly different:
- Women who are dancers, acrobats, gymnasts, equilibrists, stunt performers can apply for the benefit at the age of 40 (men at the age of 45);
- Women who are solo singers, musicians playing wind instruments or trainers of predatory animals can apply for the benefit at the age of 45 (men at the age of 50);
- Women who are choir performers, jugglers, circus performers or puppeteers can apply at age 50 (men age 55);
- Women who are actresses or conductors can claim the benefit at the age of 55;
- Women who are musicians playing string, percussion or keyboard instruments, cinematographers or photographers may apply for the benefit at the age of 55 (men at the age of 60).
If women or men meet the above conditions, they can apply for the benefit faster. For this purpose, an application should be submitted together with information on contributory and non-contributory periods, documents confirming periods of creative or artistic activity and documents on the amount of remuneration received. Documents confirming periods of work, non-agricultural activity, military service, receiving unemployment benefits, parental leave or studying at a university should also be attached.
