An extensive entry appeared on Facebook, in which he mentions the merits of his father. He claims that he was responsible for founding the band, inventing its name, image, group logo, hiring dance teachers, choreographers, and even downloading materials for suits for the band from abroad.
Skolarski emphasizes that he will not let go of this case because he is the heir to his father’s legacy. “Ryszard Rynkowski and I hired a lawyer who delivered our letter to the daughter of Mr. Paszt, who claimed the right to the achievements of the first Vox” – writes Skolarski, emphasizing the importance of the first composition of the formation. “I am writing about the ‘first VOX’ on purpose, because it was the first squad that won laurels – the international career of the formation was prevented by the introduction of martial law. In fact, there were three squads and starting from the second squad, yes, Witold Paszt could be considered a leader. We demanded that false information be corrected and immediate withdrawal of the application for registration.
